This specialized program equips participants with the skills to safely operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs). Adhering to stringent IPAF standards, we ensure high proficiency in Scissor Lifts (3a) and Boom Lifts (3b), as well as Static Booms (1b).

Complete 4 hours of self-paced online learning for the theory module, followed by a half-day practical session at our centre.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a CITB Grant?

Yes, this course is eligible for the CITB Tier 2 Grant. Eligible employers can claim up to £140 per delegate.

How long does the digital card last?

The IPAF PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) is valid for 5 years from the date of successful assessment.

What happens if I choose eLearning?

You will receive a link to complete a 4-hour online theory module. You must complete this before attending the half-day practical session.

Do I need to bring my own harness?

We recommend bringing your own PPE, including a harness if you have one. However, harnesses can be provided for training purposes at our centre.
