Training FAQs

When do I get my licence?

Upon successful completion, you get a temporary permit. The digital licence appears in your ePAL app after auditing (approx. 7-10 days).

Can I train on the weekend?

Yes, selected centres offer weekend training for operator courses. Please contact us to check availability in your area.

Is the course CITB eligible?

Yes, our IPAF operator courses attract a CITB Short Course Duration Grant at Tier 2 for eligible employers.

Do I need my own harness?

For boom lift training (3b/1b), a harness is required. We recommend bringing your own if you have one, but we can provide equipment for training.
